Names
Offensive Name: Names that are insulting, racist, sexually related, drug-related, harassing or generally objectionable.
Name Containing Forbidden Advertising: Names that advertise brands, products or services of third parties, content which is not related to the game or trades for real money.
Unsuitable Name: Names that express religious or political views.
Name Supporting Rule Violation: Names that support, incite, announce or imply a violation of the eloria.pl Rules.

Statements
Offensive Statement: Insulting, racist, sexually related, drug-related, harassing or generally objectionable statements.
Spamming: Excessively repeating identical or similar statements or using badly formatted or nonsensical text.
Forbidden Advertising: Advertising brands, products or services of third parties, content which is not related to the game or trades for real money.
Off-Topic Public Statement: Religious or political public statements or other statements which are not related to the topic of the used channel or board.
Violating Language Restriction: Non-Polish or non-English statements in boards and channels where the use of these languages is explicitly required.
Disclosing Personal Data of Others: Disclosing personal data of other people.
Supporting Rule Violation: Statements that support, incite, announce or imply a violation of the eloria.pl Rules.

Cheating
Bug Abuse: Exploiting obvious errors of the game or any other part of eloria.pl's services.
MC PvP: Attacking other players with multi-client characters is prohibited.
MC PvP Assistance: Assisting in PvP situations on MC (bringing potions/runes, healing with a character on the same IP, or helping someone escape a trap).
MC Exping: Players may hunt and gain experience with a maximum of two MC (multi-client) characters at a time (including party-shared experience). No more than two MC characters may participate in the same hunting area or share experience simultaneously.

eloria.pl
Pretending to be eloria.pl: Pretending to be a representative of eloria.pl or to have their legitimation or powers.
Slandering or Agitating against eloria.pl: Publishing clearly wrong information about or calling a boycott against eloria.pl or its services.
False Information to eloria.pl: Intentionally giving wrong or misleading information to eloria.pl in reports about rule violations, complaints, bug reports or support requests.

Legal Issues
Hacking: Stealing other players' accounts or personal data.
Attacking eloria.pl Service: Attacking, disrupting or damaging the operation of any eloria.pl server, the game or any other part of eloria.pl's services.
Violating Law or Regulations: Violating any applicable law, the eloria.pl Service Agreement or rights of third parties.
Unauthorized Character Trading: Selling, trading, or transferring characters outside of the official eloria.pl Character Auction is strictly prohibited. Accounts cannot be sold under any circumstances.

Donations
Voluntary Contribution: Donations are voluntary contributions to support server hosting and development. They do not constitute a purchase of goods or services, and no refunds will be issued.
Parental Consent: If you are under 18 years old, you must obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian before donating.
Authorized Funds: You may only donate using funds that belong to you or that you are authorized to use.
Thank-You Coins: As a token of gratitude, you may receive in-game coins. These coins have no real-world monetary value.
Price and Terms Changes: eloria.pl reserves the right to change donation amounts, reset the server, or modify these terms at any time.
No Refunds: All donations are final and non-refundable. By clicking the "Donate" button you accept these rules.

A violation of the eloria.pl Rules may result in temporary character and account suspension. In severe cases, the removal or modification of character skills, attributes and belongings, as well as the permanent removal of characters and accounts without any compensation, may be considered. The sanction is based on the seriousness of the rule violation and the player's previous record and can be imposed without any prior warning. Accounts that are permanently banned will be moved to the Character Auction; they can no longer be recovered or used by the original owner.
