Eloria Client is based on OTClient, an open-source project. Credit belongs to the OTClient authors and contributors; see the upstream MIT license. Third-party components retain their respective licenses.

To the extent permitted by law, Eloria and its operators disclaim liability for damage to your computer, loss of data, or other loss arising from installing or using the client. Nothing in this notice limits your statutory rights or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Keep a backup of important files and download the client only through the official Eloria website. This notice does not replace the license terms supplied with the software.
