1. Added Destruction Crossbow for paladins reward at level 200.

2. Now Druids and Sorcerers get 10 mlvl at start of the game instead of 0 just to not confuse new players why they cannot kill a monster as wands and rods are fully scalable with magic level.

3. Adjusted discord API and added new messages from server to discord channel

4. Re-designed whole Extraction Arena System for now maximum level of Arena is 50, after you get to this level you wont be able to get into this arena anymore, adjusted as well performance and spawning times
